When we've been through this much, it's easy for our life force to grow dim. We can become anemic on life force, and this can weaken us and make it hard to rise up from the ashes. When this happens, we need transfusions of life force to help us recover, using healing methods like meditation, art, writing, dance, group energy healing, and community connection with other open-hearted people in recovery from illness, injury, shock, or trauma.
But that's only the beginning. Once our life force begins to ignite the healing spark that lives naturally in all of us, we have to find out why we're anemic on life force, to begin with, so we can plug up the leaks. This is where trauma healing comes in, so we can touch our pain with a breath of kindness and help it begin to alchemize from the contraction of suffering into the expansion of transformation.
This is why I am inviting you to participate in Healing With Sacred Medicine, where you'll have the once in a blue moon opportunity to be part of a virtual pilgrimage facilitated by four healers- Lissa Rankin, MD, Dick Schwartz, Ph.D., Donna Eden, and Shiloh Sophia, who are gathering together as a community service to offer their gifts in a time of great need and a desire for healing.
