Due to the nature of the risky hard costs invested in live events and the pre-planning involved, we budget for staff, guest teachers, supplies, and more, which makes giving refunds for live events challenging, but we do our best to work with anyone who has unforeseen circumstances.
We ask that you wait on booking flights or other nonrefundable expenses until July 20, when we confirm a thumbs up on the event. If we cannot fill a bare minimum of students, we reserve the right to cancel the event, in which case you will receive a full refund. If you register, we will email you no later than July 20 to confirm that we’re a go!
If we do proceed with the event, and you register and pay tuition but then change your mind before the early bird deadline of July 1, we will refund your tuition, minus a 20% administrative fee. If you change your mind or are unable to attend the retreat after July 1, you may request a credit on your account for the total amount paid minus a 20% administrative fee. The credit is good for up to two years from your enrollment date and will be applied to future programs run by Lissa Rankin, Inc or Heal At Last. It does not apply to existing balances you may owe for other courses/events. Send an email to support@LissaRankin.com to request a credit.
We understand situations may arise that impact your ability to pay. If this occurs, please get in touch with support@LissaRankin.com, and we will do our best to work with you for a temporary period. We can often change a payment due date or extend a payment plan. We are very understanding if you communicate with us.
